Most French people oppose involvement in US war on Syria: Poll
The BVA survey released on Saturday, showed that 64 percent of the respondents were against military action in Syria
The poll comes after French President Francois Hollande recently said during an interview with the daily Le Monde that he stood firm behind a “punitive” strike on Syria despite a delay in an military action by the UK after a vote in parliament
"If I engage France, the government will inform (the parliament) about the objectives and means deployed," the French president said.
